Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postcode to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original shoebox or packaging and secure them inside a mailing bag to ensure they stay protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid Royal Mail or Evri return label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage; your refund will be processed within 10 working days of receipt.
