Do you offer a warranty on footwear and handbags?
Yes, ALDO products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover general wear and tear or accidental damage.
Can I exchange an item I bought online?
Online orders cannot be exchanged through the mail; you must return the item for a refund and place a new order. However, exchanges can be processed in-store depending on stock availability.
